Why is this worth it when I could decorate myself for less?

Doing it yourself costs a weekend or two, several trips to the attic, and a teardown nobody wants to do in January. We handle the design, the install, the packing up, and all the details in between.

How do I know your team is trustworthy in my home?

Everyone on our team is a background-checked, insured W-2 employee of a women-owned company that has worked in Austin homes since 2011. We follow the same privacy protocols in every home and offer NDAs for families who want one.

Will the decor match my style?

We start with a consultation in your home to see how you already live, your preferences, your current inventory, and the pieces you love. The design builds from there, heirlooms included. We will never make decisions for you, unless you want us to.

Will installation disrupt our routine?

No - we schedule around work calls, nap times, and school pickup, and we go room by room so the rest of the house stays usable. When we leave, the empty boxes leave with us.

Are there hidden fees or upsells?

You receive clear proposals, timelines, and communication upfront. Scope, materials, and teardown are aligned early so expectations and invoices match.

Do I need to buy new decor, or can you use what I own?

Either works, and most families do a mix. We can source everything new, work with what's already in your storage bins, or fill in around your favorite pieces.

Is the ladder work safe? What if something goes wrong?

Indoors, our trained, insured team handles the tree topper, the mantel, and the high shelves. Roofline lights and anything needing specialized equipment go to independent licensed contractors who carry their own insurance and are responsible for their own work. If something comes up with our team's work, we make it right. If it's the contractor's, we get it in front of them quickly. 

Do you handle teardown in January?

Yes. We come back after the holidays to take everything down, pack it in labeled bins, and put your house back the way it was. Next year starts with knowing exactly which bin the stockings are in.

Do you handle exterior decorating?

For roofline lights and large outdoor displays, we connect you with independent licensed contractors and coordinate scheduling and communication with them. They handle the installation under their own license and insurance, and we design the outside to match the inside. You won't have to find or call a vendor yourself. 

What if something needs fixing mid-season?

Reach out and we'll handle it. A burned-out bulb, a garland that slipped, a yard display the wind knocked over: we fix it ourselves or get the installation contractor out quickly. Scheduled mid-season check-ins are available too.
